We have our project management process of making the User Stories and Project Work Report before the start of the work and distribute the tasks among the team members for the time-bound and successful delivery of the project.

Monday to Friday, we work five days a week. Our schedule is flexible, dependent on individual needs and prior requests in urgent situations.

What are the additional progress updates?

We upload a working demo on our demo development server OR on Github OR any other repository platform that you prefer in a starting of a project.

Using the link of development site we send, you will be able to see the working demo in actual action.

And in case of repository management of code, we will help you to setup the projecton your side and will maintain the code commit status in a standard way that help youto identify the new changes we have done and that you can check on your side,

What are the payment terms?

We offer a flexible milestone wise payment schedule for Custom Web and Mobile Application Development. 30% advance and for other costs we will divide the milestones and dates for that and based on that we will schedule a timeline as well. Depending on the project size and the budget, we can discuss slight modifications.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm IST. Our time zone is IST or UTC +5:30. We are located in Surat, India.

You can pay us by Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer. Except for the transaction fee that your bank may charge, you won’t be incurring any additional expense.

Will you provide maintenance after completion of the project?

Definitely we will provide the maintenance services for any websites or applications that we have developed. The Maintenance policy will be vary based on the type of project and we will discuss that run time and will get agree on that and follow that. The maintenance we will do either on fixed month cost, weekly retainer or an hourly basis.

What kind of status reports and updates I will have on application progress?

We will send you daily status reports for the work we have done in entire day, And if you do not prefer on daily basis updates then we will provide weekly or phase wise updates and walkthroguh meetings too to give you the demo of work and we can make sure that we are on same page by doing such meetings and demo. Additionally, we will maintain a project status report on tasks done, work-in-progress, and remaining tasks for the future with scheduled dates.

With whom I will communicate?

We assign a dedicated Team Leader for your project, who will be in touch with you via Email, Skype, Slack as per your convienience medium. In case you demand for synced working hours, (at slightly modified payment terms,) the team leader will be available for personal communication over Skype, Slack, Email OR for a call via Zoom or other platform etc...

How many rounds are there for the interview process?

Three rounds are there, HR Round, Technical/Oral Round and Practical test.

How much time does your interview process take?

Minimum 3 hours including all round.
