RESPONSIBILTIES

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects according to specified requirements and within budget and schedule constraints. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and technologies (Frontend: React JS,Next JS, Vue JS | Backend: PHP, WordPress, and MVC frameworks | Database: MySQL, MongoDB).
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Developing and managing a detailed project plan and schedule.
Coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
Providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are properly tested.
Managing project budgets and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Encouraging team members and helping to build a positive work environment.
Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with several years of experience in the tech industry and a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
